*Curfew - It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of (18) to be on any public street or in any public place between the hours of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM any night of the week.
*Overnight Parking - Parking is prohibited on all roads within the borough between the hours of 2 AM and 6 AM. (Permission May be Granted for Overnight Parking (856-589-3500)
*Snow Removal - All snow and ice shall be removed from the sidewalk within 12 hours of daylight after the same shall fall or be formed thereon.
*Signs on Trees and Poles - No person without proper authorization shall fasten any sign or notice (including yard sale signs) to any tree or utility pole in any public right-of-way in the borough.
*Open Container - No person shall consume, serve, allow or permit the consumption of alcoholic beverages on Public Property in the borough. This ordinance prohibits restaurants or other establishments from serving or allowing BYOB in the outdoor seating areas. It also, makes it illegal for the patrons to consume alcoholic beverages in the same outdoor seating areas.
*Leashing of Dogs - No dog is permitted on any public street or public place, unless the dog is confined and controlled by an adequate leash.
*Pooper-Scooper - No person shall allow a dog to defecate on public property or any private property without the owners permission. All feces or droppings shall be removed immediately in a sanitary fashion.
*Bikes on Sidewalks - Bicycles are prohibited on Public Sidewalks (Strictly Enforced in the Uptown Business District).
*Borough Parks - The Police Department will not tolerate any inappropriate activity in our borough parks! Any disruptive or illegal activity will be strictly enforced by our department!
*Noise Ordinance - This ordinance is comprehensive in nature. Specific questions about this ordinance can be directed to the P.D.
