Deputy Borough Clerk - The Borough of Pitman is seeking a qualified candidate for Deputy Municipal Clerk to work under the direction of the Municipal Clerk on a regular and recurring basis, planning, organizing, managing, and coordinating the various activities of the clerk’s office, and other related duties.    Position will require completion of RMC courses.  Experience in local government preferred and past office experience required.  Must be computer proficient and have excellent organizational, writing, computer, and interpersonal skills.  Experience with municipal software  a plus.  Must be customer service oriented and able to establish and maintain a pleasant, professional, and effective working relationship with employees, officials, and the public.  Must possess the ability to deal with confidential matters in a professional manner.  CMR and Notary Public certifications are a plus.  Salary commensurate with experience.
