When installing a water service I am responsible to open the roadway and clear an adequate amount of space around the water main, at my expense, so the Pitman Water and Sewer Division can tap the main

When installing a sewer lateral I will pay for the street opening and connection to the Boroughs Sewer Main. A licensed plumber must be approved by the Borough before a permit is issued
